Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

-The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

-All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

-Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items not eligible for return:

-Clearance or final-sale items

-Installed or damaged items

-Custom-ordered or special-order products

Our team will approve the return and provide instructions

Ship the item back to us in secure packaging

Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Warranty

Many products come with a manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty claims do not cover:

-Improper installation

-Wear and tear

-Misuse or neglect

-Water damage (where product is not water-rated)
